Uso de TIC en empresas PyMEs de la Cámara Empresaria de la ciudad de Tandil

Resumen: Este artículo describe los indicadores de tecnología de la información y comunicaciones (TIC) en empresas PyMEs pertenecientes a la Cámara Empresaria de Tandil. Se utilizó como modelo los indicadores definidos por el Observatorio para la Sociedad de la Información en Latinoamérica y el Caribe (OSILAC), creado por la Comisión Económica para América Latina (CEPAL), que trabaja en forma coordinada con el proyecto Alianza para la Sociedad de la Información (@LIS) de la Comisión Europea y la EUROSTAT.Se relevaron trece indicadores, ocho básicos donde se encuentra información relacionada con Proporción de empresas que usan computadora, Internet, presencia en la web, uso de Internet para recibir y realizar pedidos, uso de Intranet. Posteriormente se relevaron cuatro indicadores extendidos con información relativa a tipo de acceso a Internet, usos de redes LAN, utilización de Extranet y actividades que realizan las empresas en Internet. Por último, se agregó una pregunta relativa al nivel de informatización integrada de los macro procesos de las empresas, tales como administración, comercialización, producción y demás. Los resultados muestran un alto nivel de adopción de TIC en las empresas relevadas.
Abstract: This article describes the indicators of information technology and communications (ICT) in enterprises members of Tandil Enterprice Chamber. In this work, was used the model of the indicators defined by the Observatory for the Information Society in Latin America and the Caribbean (OSILAC) established by the Economic Commission for Latin America (ECLAC), which works in coordination with the Partnership on Society IT (@ LIS) of the European Commission and Eurostat. Thirteen indicators were surveyed, eight basic that find information related to Proportion of businesses use computers, Internet, web presence, receive and place orders by Internet, use the Intranet. Four extended indicators were subsequently relieved with information on different type of Internet access, Local Area Network applications, Extranet and main activities used by firms on the Internet. Finally, we added a question about a use a integrate business software in many process such as administration, marketing, production, finance and others. The results show a high level of adoption of information and communication technologies in most of the surveyed companies.

Resumen: Los cambios vertiginosos que están sucediendo en todo el mundo, nos obligan a repensar la manera de cómo abordar la estrategia, motivo por el que necesitamos nuevas fórmulas e instrumentos para mantenernos a su velocidad. En este sentido, el modelo de Matrices diseñado por el Dr. Marcelo Manucci, por su utilidad y dinamismo, brinda elementos para hacer frente a este nuevo ambiente, convirtiéndose en un instrumento estratégico de experiencia consciente y acción evolutiva al servicio de las organizaciones.
Abstract: The vertiginous changes that are happening anywhere in the world, force to us to rethink the way of how approaching the strategy, reason by which we needed new formulas and instruments to stay at its speed. In this sense, the model of Matrices designed by the Dr. Marcelo Manucci, by his utility and dynamism, offers elements to in front of do this new atmosphere, becoming a strategic instrument of conscious experience and evolutionary action to the service of the organizations.

Estilos de liderazgo y gestión del conocimiento en las pequeñas empresas

Resumen: El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo identificar el impacto que tienen los estilos de liderazgo organizacional en las diferentes fases de la gestión del conocimiento en las pequeñas y medianas empresas. La investigación se llevó a cabo con una muestra de 66 altos directivos de pequeñas y medianas empresas del norte de Chile. Los resultados muestran que los estilos de liderazgo tienen una influencia positiva y significativa en la gestión del conocimiento, en el análisis pormenorizado del impacto de estas variables se encuentra que el estilo de liderazgo transformacional es una determinante significativa de las fases de creación y compartir conocimiento, mientras que el estilo de liderazgo transaccional tiene un impacto estadísticamente significativo en la etapa de aplicación del conocimiento.
Abstract: This study has the aim to identify the impact of the leadership styles on the different phases of knowledge management of small and medium-sized enterprises. The research works with a sample of 66 top managers of small and medium-sized firms in northern Chile. The results show that the leadership styles have a positive and significant influence on the knowledge management. The analysis of the impact of each variable show that the transformational leadership style is a significant determinant on the creation and sharing of knowledge, meanwhile the transactional leadership style has a statistically significant impact on the application of knowledge

Los impuestos recaen sobre los más pobres: un estudio desde el Partido de La Matanza
The taxes relapse on the poorest: a study from the Municipality of La Matanza

Resumen: Los impuestos son la fuente principal de recursos del Estado, para que este pueda brindar los servicios esenciales para la vida en sociedad: salud, educación, justicia y seguridad; asegurando de este modo los derechos humanos básicos a cada uno de los habitantes de un país. Pero junto a ello, son además un instrumento central de la política económica. La naturaleza o característica del sistema tributario, incide en la distribución del ingreso, y puede constituir además una herramienta eficaz para luchar contra la pobreza y la desigualdad. En Argentina y en América Latina, desde la década del 70 el sistema tributario se fue conformando esencialmente de impuestos regresivos, que recaen sobre los más pobres, lo que ha agravado la desigualdad entre los distintos sectores sociales y contribuido a incrementar la pobreza. El Partido de La Matanza, a menos de 30 minutos de la ciudad de Buenos Aires, es el de mayor población de la Argentina, y donde se grafica como en pocos lugares estás inequidades, que solo podrán superarse si comprendemos que el camino de construir un país para todos, necesita un Estado donde todos participemos. Para ello hacer un sistema tributario mas progresivo posibilitará contar con los recursos para lograrlo y al mismo tiempo atacar las causas de la desigualdad y la pobreza.
Abstract: The taxes are the main source of resources of the State, so that this it can offer the essential services for the life in society: health, education, justice and security; assuring in this way the basic human rights to each one the inhabitants of a country. But next to it, they are in addition a central instrument to the economic policy. The nature or characteristic of the tributary system, affects the distribution of the entrance, and can constitute in addition an effective tool to fight against the poverty and the inequality. In Argentina and Latin America, from the 70 decade of the tributary system went essentially conforming of regressive taxes, that fall on but the poor ones, which is aggravated the inequality between the different social sectors and contributed to increase the poverty. The Municipality of La Matanza , to less than 30 minutes of the city of Buenos Aires, is the one of greater population of Argentina, and where graphical as in few places you are inequities, that single will be able to be surpassed if we understand that the way to construct a country for all, needs a State where all we participate. It to make tributary but progressive a system it will make possible to count on the resources to manage it and at the same time to attack the causes of the inequality and the poverty.
