Resumen: El presente trabajo busca presentar una metodología, basada en técnicas structuradas simplificadas, aplicadas al desarrollo de proyectos de pequeño porte, para la automatización de tareas administrativas; con el uso de herramientas CASE, y con el fin de apoyar al profesional de administración cumpliendo la función de proyectista en el uso de esta metodología.
Abstract: The present work looks for to present a methodology, based on technical simplified structuradas, applied to the development of projects of small behavior, for the automation of administrative tasks; with the use of tools CASE and with the purpose of supporting the administration professional completing planner's function in the use of this methodology.

Resumen: Se presenta cómo una biblioteca que ha sido automatizada está siendo transformada e implementando bibliotecas digitales, bajo el concepto general de recopilar, almacenar y organizar información de manera digital, para poder realizar búsquedas, recuperaciones y procesamientos por medio de las redes de cómputo; todo bajo un ambiente sencillo para el usuario y tomando en cuenta factores fundamentales como la presentación y la representación de la información, los mecanismos de almacenamiento y recuperación, la interacción humano-computadora y la plataforma tecnológica.
Abstract: It is presented how a library that has been automated is being transformed and implementing digital libraries, under the general concept of gathering, to store and to organize information in a digital way, to be able to carry out searches, recoveries and prosecutions by means of the computation nets; all first floor a simple atmosphere for the user and taking into account fundamental factors as the presentation and the representation of the information, the storage mechanisms and recovery, the interaction human-computer and the technological platform.
