El objetivo del presente trabajo se centró en determinar los elementos de flexibilización laboral, implementados por las empresas que prestan servicios de telefonía fija y móvil en el estado Zulia, desde la apertura del sector de telecomunicaciones en Venezuela. La investigación llevada a cabo fue de tipo exploratoria-descriptiva y el diseño de investigación fue no experimental-transeccional, abordándose la población, TELCEL, Bellsouth, C.A; INFONET, Redes de Información, C.A; MOVILNET, C.A y la Compañía Anónima Nacional Teléfonos de Venezuela. Se efectuó una revisión bibliográfica y los datos fueron recolectados a través de la observación directa y entrevistas semiestruturadas. Se concluyó que la multifuncionalidad, contratación temporal, descalificación, son elementos flexibilizadores internos y externos que han venido aplicando las empresas, propiciando con esto la precarización de la fuerza laboral.

The objective of the present work was centered to determinate the elements of labor flexibilization, implemented by the companies that lend services of fixed telephony and motive in the state Zulia, from the opening of telecommunications sector in Venezuela. The investigation carried out was of exploratory-descriptive type and the investigation design was not experimental-transeccional, being approached the population, TELCEL, Bellsouth, C.A; INFONET, Nets of Information, C.A; MOVILNET, C.A and the Company Anonymous National Telephones of Venezuela. A bibliographical revision was made and the data were gathered through the direct observation and you interview semi-estructurates. We concluded that the multifuncionality, temporary recruiting, disqualification, they are elements internal and external flexibilization that have come applying the companies, propitiating the precarization of the labor work force therewith.
