Resumen

El presente trabajo propone hacer una prospectiva tecnológica usando el método Delphi como un proceso de estudio que ha de ayudar a comprender mejor cuáles son las variables que pueden modelar el futuro a largo plazo. La definición y el estudio de esas variables son esenciales para tomar decisiones en temas como la planificación de la enseñanza y la articulación de los sistemas de ciencia y tecnología de la Universidad con la industria del Partido de La Matanza, al cual pertenece. El método Delphi consiste en la selección de un grupo de expertos a los que se les pregunta su opinión sobre un tema en particular. Las estimaciones de los expertos se realizan en sucesivas rondas, con el objeto de tratar de conseguir consenso, pero con la máxima autonomía por parte de los participantes y manteniendo el anonimato entre ellos. Como resultante del mismo se realizará un informe de prospectiva tecnológica de acuerdo con la visión y el análisis de los integrantes del equipo de investigación para detectar cuanto valor agregaría el uso de las tecnologías desarrolladas o a desarrollar, en los diferentes sectores industriales desde el punto de vista humano, económico y medioambiental. Una vez que se cuenten con los datos del relevamiento se realizará el análisis de la información mediante el uso de una herramienta informática a desarrollar para evaluar el grado de actualización y desarrollo de las tecnologías existentes y la manera de afrontar los nuevos desafíos que la industria debe resolver.

Abstract

The present work proposes to make a technological prospective using the Delphi method as a study process that will help to better understand which are the variables that can model the future in the long term. The definition and study of these variables are essential to make decisions on issues such as teaching planning and the articulation of science and technology systems of the University with the La Matanza Party industry, to which it belongs. The Delphi method consists in the selection of a group of experts who are asked their opinion on a particular topic. The experts' estimates are made in successive rounds, in order to try to achieve consensus, but with maximum autonomy on the part of the participants and maintaining the anonymity between them. As a result of this, a technological prospective report will be made in accordance with the vision and analysis of the members of the research team in order to detect how much value the use of the developed or developed technologies would add, in the different industrial sectors from the point of view human, economic and environmental. Once the data of the survey is available, the analysis of the information will be carried out through the use of a computer tool to be developed to evaluate the degree of updating and development of existing technologies and the way to face the new challenges that the industry must solve.
