Resumen: El artículo aborda de la revisión de los algoritmos de ARN incorporado a dos software de minería de datos de código abierto. La obra consta de secciones. La primera sección expone conceptos fundamentales. La segunda sección menciona la metodología aplicada. la tercera sección resume los algoritmos integrados en las herramientas y los parámetros para el modelado. Finalmente, algunas consideraciones se incluyen.
Abstract: The article deals with the revision of the RNA algorithms incorporated two data mining software open source. The work consists of sections. The first section presents fundamental concepts. The second section outlines the methodology applied. The next section summarizes the algorithms built into the tools and parameters for modeling. Finally, some considerations are included.

Resumen:
Abstract: SME performance referentials are very different according to the industry sector. Literature about SMEs importance is abundant but its performance measurement is poorly treated. The low tech sectoris still even more unattended in this subject. In the development economies, the most of SME belongs to can be characterized as low tech.In this partiality, firms are particularly sensible to managerial performance, particularly because the education level of its human resources is lower than the high tech firms.In the present work, a set of SMEsbelonging to two different sectors – Construction and Foods–are analyzed using an new managerial performance evaluation approach, that use a dynamic based in value chain concepts, but including a new framework in which four main concepts are proposed to evaluate the firms performance: Product, Associated services, Information and Operationalefficiency.Two comparisons are made: Inter-sector and Intra-sector. Results are presented and further research are proposed.

La estructura de cluster como facilitadora de la innovación The cluster structure as a facilitator of innovation

Resumen: En el marco organizacional contemporáneo el conocimiento cobra un valor fundamental como factor competitivo. En este contexto, el fenómeno de cluster presenta una forma de estructuración novedosa con respecto a las limitaciones clásicas organizacionales para llevar adelante procesos de innovación. Bajo un paradigma clásico de conceptualización del fenómeno organizacional, se concibe a las organizaciones como entidades claramente separadas entre sí. Este paradigma presenta anomalías en la época contemporánea y se muestra insuficiente para conceptualizar el fenómeno de clusters. Concebimos a los clusters como espacios asociativos organizacionales sustentados en una estructura interna dinámica de saberes en articulación y operación mutua, y que se encuentra orientada a la colaboración interorganizacional. Proponemos que la estructura de cluster tiene la potencialidad de facilitar la creación y circulación de conocimientos y saberes, así como el desarrollo de procesos de innovación, dado que supera obstáculos que dificultan la innovación en las organizaciones concebidas como entidades aisladas.
Abstract: In contemporary organizational framework knowledge becomes a core value as a competitive factor. In this context, the phenomenon of cluster presents a novel way of structuring regarding classical organizational constraints for process innovation. Under a classic paradigm conceptualization of organizational phenomenon, organizations are conceived as entities clearly separated. This paradigm has abnormalities in contemporary times and is insufficient to conceptualize the phenomenon of clusters. Conceive associative clusters as organizational spaces supported by an internal structure in dynamic knowledge articulation and mutual operation, and that is oriented inter-organizational collaboration. We propose that the cluster structure has the potential to facilitate the creation and circulation of knowledge, and the development of innovation processes, since overcomes obstacles to innovation in organizations conceived as isolated entities.
